Curtain Call

Curtain Call presents a series of eight small mask portraits rendered in mixed media and oil. Each mask appears isolated, stripped of context, expression hovering between neutrality and fracture. Without bodies or narrative cues, the masks are no longer animated by performance. They linger after the roles have ended. As a companion series to Unmasked, Curtain Call reflects on what remains when identity is no longer actively worn, reduced to surface, memory, and residue.
